Hey girl hey! So, when you are looking at classes It may feel overwhelming. So, let us help you with that!!!!!! Here is a list of classes with descriptions.
KickFit/Dance2fit
KickFit is a high intensity cardio class combining kickboxing, exercise moves, and dance moves into choreographed routines to some of your favorite music.
Dance2Fit is a high-intensity, full-body workout that combines dance and fitness. It's set to popular music, such as hip hop, country, and pop, and is designed to be fun and energetic.
KickFit and Dance2Fit classes are open to people of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels, and no prior dance or kickboxing experience is required. Participants can dance at their own pace and the classes are intended to be judgment-free and encouraging
Upper Body Sculpting
A class dedicated to working the upper body. Equipment used (but not limited to): dumbbells and mats. The exercises in this class will hit all the muscle groups of your upper body. All movements can be modified for every fitness level.
HIIT
HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training, which is a type of workout that involves alternating between short, intense 30 second bursts of exercise and brief 15 second recovery periods. Equipment used (but not limited to): dumbbells, resistance bands and mats. The exercises in this class will be lower body focused. All movements can be modified for every fitness level.
BootyBlast
Booty Blast -You'll experience a variety of exercises carefully selected to maximize glute engagement and define your glutes with the incorporation of weights, bands, and bodyweight exercises. Gain more knowledge about lower body strength training; while having you leave with the best booty pump ever.
Stations
A class made up of 10 stations. Equipment used (but not limited to): dumbbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, medicine balls and steps. Every part of the body will be worked as you make your way through the stations twice. All movements can be modified for every fitness level.
Tabata
Tabata is a type of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that involves short, intense exercise with brief recovery periods. The goal is to maximize muscle burn in a short amount of time. The style is named after Japanese scientist Izumi Tabata, who studied the effects of high-intensity training in the late 1990s. A Tabata workout consists of 20 seconds on of an exercise and 10 seconds off. Equipment used (but not limited to): dumbbells, resistance bands and mats. The exercises in this class will hit every part of the body.All movements can be modified for every fitness level.
